We As People..
We are all entitled to our own thoughts, and opinions. But it’s sad how someone would try to stuff their own beliefs down your throat. Just stand firm on your beliefs, no matter how intimidating the situation may seem. God didn’t intend for us to all be the same. Some people do things I don’t agree with, but it’s okay. It’s life! We all do things that someone disagree’s with. I just wish people get that in their heads.

Hello Ms. Lady
I come at you with no disrespect
And I hope I don’t insult your intellect
You’ve been on my mind since the day you walked by
Hoping to run into you one more time, no lie
That scene plays in my head like a movie clip
Very few times has someone made my heart do flips
I recall shopping in the mall
On my way out, something told me to just stall
I took a detour to my ride
And out of the blue, I got that feeling inside
You came into view walking in slo-motion
Even in the this crowded area I could hear my heartbeat over the commotion
It seemed like you were deep in thought as you searched through your bag
Apparently you found what you were looking for
Once you stopped for a few minutes to thumb through a mag
As you read, you smiled, i saw those pearly whites from afar
You took a sip of whatever beverage you had and left the cap ajar
As you read you looked up, and your eyes caught mine
I was frozen in that moment in time
I tried to play it off but sadly it was rather blatant
Don’t know if it was something good or something flagrant
You started walking my way and my heart started beating fast
A thousand thoughts flowing & in an instant you walked right past
The old saying goes “I hate to see you go,
But I love to watch you leave” Maybe it was foolish of me
To believe that you stop and acknowledge me
In a short 5-10 minutes every male in the vicinity gazed your way
It’s gotta be commonplace to get random compliments & gameplay
If I had to do it all over again, I would at least have spoken
Being a radiant goddess in the flesh, thats just a small token
of my appreciation of you blessing me with your presence.
For a split second to bask in your aura & your essence.
Just to know your name would have been ok
to give me reassurance that I might see you again 1 day
Or even to speak the obvious that I’m sure you hear time after time
Just to say my initial thought that came to my mind
“Wow Ms. Lady! You Chinky Eye Fine!”
